I have gained substantial clinical experience through both my education and professional work. During my clinical rotations, I delivered evidence-based nursing care to patients with acute and chronic conditions across medical-surgical, mental health, and community health settings. I administered medications, conducted assessments, monitored vital signs, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
